Vicky and her team were so helpful in the journey of finding my dress. As someone who is very indecisive, Vicky and her team were so helpful and made the process so much fun. They knew exactly what I wanted before I even did with Vicky pulling out my dress! They were so helpful through all of my seamstress appointments and always on hand if we had questions or wanted to adjust something! Such a positive experience at VBB. Cara and Jody were excellent. I was told by friends that I’d need to visit loads of dress shops to find the one. This wasn’t the case for me as VBB has such a wide variety of beautiful dresses to suit all budgets. Cara was brilliant, helping me with the fittings and narrow down my search so I was able to find my perfect dress in one visit.

To add to the experience, I was able to bring my 3 year old son, which was so helpful as I had been told by other local dress shops he couldn’t attend. They were so lovely with him and brought out toys for him to play with.

I recently booked an appointment at Victoria’s bridal boutique and came away with my dream dress. When I made the appointment, I was asked to look at their various wedding dress styles and list the ones I liked on my booking, which they were able to have available on the day of my appointment and also have other styles similar. I didn’t feel rushed when trying on dresses and was able to go back and forth on ones I liked, and most importantly I was able to take photos of me in the dresses to be able to compare without the need to purchase, which isn’t what I had experienced in a previous shop. It was completely led by me and with their experience and input I was able to find my.dream dress.

I went wedding dress shopping here at the weekend and it was such a lovely experience. They have a fantastic range of dresses and accessories to suit every bride to be! The appointment was made that much better by Phoebe who had a great knowledge of the dresses and adapted to what aspects of dresses I liked as the appointment progressed to make sure she was pulling options that would be perfect for me!
