Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes, we run by appointment only so that we can give you a personalised experience with your own personal stylist.
How long is a bridal appointment?
Our standard appointment is for 90 minutes, giving you plenty of time to try on dresses and find your dream dress. If you would like longer and the boutique to yourself, please see more information on our VIB experience below.
How many guests can I bring with me?
We kindly ask that you limit your party to 3 guests (plus you!) to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We are an intimate boutique with two beautiful fitting rooms and therefore must manage our numbers. If you would like to bring a bigger bridal entourage, please see more info our our VIB experience.
Can I bring children with me?
We love little ones but to help you fully enjoy your bridal appointment and keep our space calm and focused, we kindly ask that you come without children if possible. This time is all about you, and we want to make it as special as possible. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to giving you our full attention during your visit.
What is a VIB appointment?
Our VIB experience allows you to have the boutique all to yourself as well as a personal bridal stylist to guide you. The appointment lasts for 2 hours and you may bring up to 7 guests with you. This is a great way to include your bridal party. We will provide a bottle of Prosecco, Bucks Fizz, Nosecco and other soft drinks such as tea, coffee, orange juice or Diet Coke. This appointment fee is £50 and is non refundable, however it is fully redeemable against the purchase of your dream dress.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
We recommend booking your appointment 2-3 weeks in advance of when you’d like to visit. However if you are super organised – Our diary is open for this year into early next year.
When should I start looking for my wedding dress?
Our bridal appointments are intended for brides who are ready to begin the dress journey and are prepared to make a purchase decision. We promise to make your experience unforgettable when you’re ready. We suggest that you begin your dress search 12-18 months before the wedding. Please note that the designers’ standard delivery times are 6-9 months and we start your fittings process 3 months prior to your wedding date. If you would prefer to allow more time to spread payments out, you can start earlier.
What sizes are available to try on in store?
We carry a variety of sample sizes, typically ranging from 8-28 with a selection of gowns that are available to order up to a 36. Your stylist will help you envision how your dress will fit once the correct size has been ordered and then altered to you.
What is the price range of your dresses?
Our wedding dresses typically range from £899-£2299 with the majority between £1000-£1800. If you have an ideal spend you’d like to adhere to, please let your stylist know so that they can guide you to the best options.
Do I have to pay for my appointment?
We only take a £20 appointment deposit for our weekend or evening appointments. This is purely to guarantee your attendance. Our deposit is redeemable against the cost of the dress and refundable if you don’t find a dress with us (but we are sure that you will). Please see the cancellation policy below for refunds of deposits.
What is the cancellation policy?
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for 48 hours notice. With this provided, we will process your refund of £20 to the card on which you paid with. If you are within 48hours there will be no refund processed.
What happens after I say Yes to the Dress?
Congratulations! We will take your measurements and discuss sizing before placing your dress order. We run through all of our terms and conditions with you and discuss the timelines for alterations and further appointments. To place your order we require 50% of the cost of your chosen dress. The balance is due upon its arrival in store (typically 6-9 months later).
